Pre-Launch Checklist

Here is a handy checklist to make sure all needed tasks are done and requirements organized before your campaign is pushed live:

Creative Production

All assets detailed in the updated Creative Brief have been produced

Copy has been proofread

Asset file output complies with vendor/partner specifications (file size, format, sizing)

Final approval confirmed with stakeholder(s)

Media Buying

Social media "brand pages" set up

Social media "brand pages" verified

Self-serve platform accounts created and credit card info loaded

Payment terms agreed to for professional services engagements

Insertion orders reviewed and signed for professional services engagements

Tracking Implementation

Google Analytics 4 (or other analytics platform) set up

Creation of "action events" in analytics platform

Implementation of media partner pixel(s) at least 2 weeks before target launch

Verification of tracking implementation

Dashboard and Reporting Set-up

Review of pre-packaged marketing campaign reports within analytics platform/self-serve media platform

Customization of marketing campaign reports based on campaign goals and desired intelligence

Trafficking

Development of Creative Matrix

Development of Trafficking Instructions

Uploading of assets into self-serve platforms

Send instructions and assets to partners
